Thanks for a Great Year!

2011 is closing out and I can’t help but pause for reflection and say Thank You! Thank you to all of our readers and customers who have shared their ideas, insights and on some days even complaints. I can confidently say on behalf of all of Medtronic Diabetes, we have appreciated your candor and participation. We learn so much from you each and every day.

We started out with the goal with making some things easier – by providing resources, tips and tricks on how to live life with insulin pump and CGM. While the TSA Guidelines do not make everyone happy, as our most popular post of all time, we are glad we could provide the information.
We also wanted to give you the opportunity to get to know a little bit more about us  by meeting people from R&D like John and Lane to customer experience like Naomi to human resources like Elisa. And, it was fun participating in community projects like the You Can Do This Project.

I hope we have met your expectations and would really like to hear where you would like us to go next. So, thanks again for allowing us to take part of the diabetes online community.

Also, please know that, over the holidays, Medtronic teams will be here if you need to order supplies, have questions about a bill or need support with your pump or CGM. (As always, the HelpLine is here 24-hours a day.) But, Karrie and I will be taking a little break to spend some time with our family and friends. So, you won’t hear much from us after tomorrow, but we’ll be back here at The LOOP and on Twitter January 3!

What is happening with the company...poor poor service...been waiting on a order for one month and no one seems to be able to help. Today has been on the phone for 15 minutes and no one answers the need a email address if no one is going to answer the phones....sorry to address it here but if no one answers the phone....super long wait times make me wonder..........
